About us
We started with one clear conviction: digital transformation should not be complicated, expensive or reserved for large corporations.
At Next AI we firmly believe advanced technology should be within reach of every company, whatever its size or sector. From the start we have worked to demystify artificial intelligence, business intelligence and automation, turning them into practical tools that produce tangible results.
Our mission is simple but powerful: to help you streamline processes, cut costs and take strategic decisions based on real data rather than hunches. We do it with tailored solutions that fit your business as it is and evolve with you.
We are not satisfied with deploying technology; we turn complex challenges into measurable, sustainable growth opportunities.
The NextAI map of concepts
A way to get your bearings: diagnose where you are, build what is needed and measure how it works.
Concepts and methodology developed by NextAI. Open each piece for its definition and its limits.
An AI consultancy for SMEs and mid-sized companies
( Who is behind it )NEXTAI designs and builds artificial intelligence systems that take over complete business processes. We do not run training or hand over reports: we leave running what a person used to do by hand, with its limits written down and its result measured.
We work with companies that already have a running operation — an ERP, a CRM, an inbox full of exceptions and spreadsheets holding up more than they should — and that have tried some artificial intelligence tool without anything really changing. That starting point is the usual one, and it is the one we know how to move.
Day-to-day delivery is in Spanish, with the point of contact in the Valencia region of Spain. The company behind the contracts is Cosmolabs OÜ, registry code 17106582, registered in Tallinn, Estonia.
What we do not do says as much: we do not sell per-user licences, we do not open programmes without a specific process behind them and we do not put an agent to work without someone in the company owning it.

Three pieces that work together
( The system )Each piece solves a different problem and none stands alone: without memory there are no reliable agents, without agents the memory is a library, and without identity and limits none of it reaches production.
One method, one diagnosis and one metric
( No permanent pilots )The way we work is always the same and can be audited from outside: the starting point is measured, a roadmap with decision gates is followed and the result is demonstrated with autonomy measured process by process.
NEXT-5 Roadmap
Five phases — Level, Structure, Xtend, Transfer and Scale — each with a deliverable, an owner and a decision gate. Every phase leaves something the company keeps even if the programme stops.
See the page ↗IMAN
The starting diagnosis: a score from 0 to 100 across five axes that places the company at a level of the AI-Native Scale and points to the one next step that makes sense.
See the page ↗RAO
The metric that opens or closes each phase: what percentage of a process finishes with no human intervention. Nothing is declared done because a slide says so.
See the page ↗Product before hours
We do not sell consulting days: we build systems that keep working once we leave. The company keeps the architecture, the integrations and the documentation.
Autopilots before copilots
An assistant that suggests leaves the work exactly where it was. What interests us is the stretch where the process finishes on its own and the person moves on to deciding about exceptions.
Human governance
Each agent's authority is written down before it is switched on: what it does alone, what it does with a notification and what requires prior approval. Every action leaves an auditable trace.
Verifiable agent identity
An agent acting on behalf of a company has to be able to evidence who operates it and what it is forbidden to do. We publish the identity of ours so anyone can check it.
How we started
[ 2022 ]In June 2022 we started out at the Olympo Boxes incubator in the Canary Islands. With the backing of the regional government's innovation office, NextAI was the largest startup in that cohort, with a team of 15 people.
The photograph shows part of our founding team: only a third of us were at the Olympo Boxes desks, the rest worked remotely.

Our story
( 2023 → Today )Early movers in generative AI agents
Two years before “AI agents” became a mainstream term, we were already replicating the work of real employees and turning it into intelligent agents. We built on Webpilot — then the only way to connect an LLM to the internet — and combined it with the first image generation models, when those tools only existed through Discord or code.
One of the first 100 teams in the world to integrate generative AI with web access into their own builds and agents.
Text-to-image generation, conversation automation, marketing, social media and lead follow-up.
WriterHub: the 2,000-word barrier
Large language models only held coherence up to 2,000 words. WriterHub shattered that: over 100,000 words with consistent flow. We were the first in the world to produce an “instant book”.
words in 1:42 minutes
coherent words per document
Early movers in digital avatars
We were among the first companies in Europe to work with digital avatars: synthetic people able to speak, present and handle enquiries on video. While the market was still debating whether it was science fiction, we were already taking them into production in corporate communications, training and customer service.
Cybersecurity alongside INCIBE
We worked with INCIBE, Spain's national cybersecurity institute, on initiatives that bring digital security closer to businesses. Because an enterprise brain only makes sense if it is also a secure one: cybersecurity became a pillar of everything we build.

AI in dozens of companies across Spain
Auditing, consulting and implementing artificial intelligence in dozens of companies: from accountancy and professional practices to De La Guía y Luzón — the largest law firm in Valencia —, Fundación Bioparc — a group with over €25 million in annual revenue — and Alumet, one of the largest aluminium companies in Spain.

These are just some of the companies where we have implemented AI

VDS
Valencia · City of Arts and SciencesThe largest technology event in the Mediterranean. Three days of conversations with founders, investors and corporates that confirmed one thing: companies here are ready to think with AI.

Madrid Summit
MadridWhere the businesses that move the country come together. We presented real cases of enterprise brains running inside Spanish companies.

Percent: the brain of one of Spain's largest estate agencies
We redesigned the operation of Percent Servicios Inmobiliarios: around 150 professionals, a data ecosystem with some 200,000 contacts and more than 100,000 business records. It was not an automation project but the design of an enterprise brain able to perceive, coordinate, decide, execute and learn continuously.

Over 2 million graphic assets and more than 50,000 opportunities tracked — the historical perimeter of the ecosystem, not a measure of savings or autonomy.
Seven chained layers — data, ingestion, interpretation, processes, orchestration, governance and learning — with a deterministic core and an intelligent layer.
Subvia: the Digital Cortex success story
With Digital Cortex we no longer deliver tools: we deliver whole companies, 100% operated by artificial intelligence and supervised by people. Subvia.es — public funding intelligence — is one of our success stories: we built it from scratch on Cortex infrastructure and today it runs as a real business that manages itself every day.

Subvia's brain spots open calls, interprets the regulatory terms and turns public rules into concrete opportunities for companies. The whole cycle — prospecting, content, customer and payment — is run by AI.
It publishes daily on its blog, LinkedIn and its other social channels, with no human involvement in creation or distribution.
It invoices, manages users and runs all the company's significant business processes autonomously.
A human team sets the strategy and validates the direction: AI operates, people supervise.
Building Enterprise Brains
All that experience converges in Digital Cortex: AI ecosystems that let companies think, coordinate and evolve as a single intelligence. This has only just begun.
Our team
( Multidisciplinary )Behind Next AI there is a multidisciplinary team driven by what technology can change. Led by our CTO Bernat Pérez, we bring together specialists in:
