2. Purpose of the site

This site is informational and commercial: it describes our services in engineering and deployment of enterprise artificial intelligence (Enterprise Brain, superagents, digital audit, training and consulting) and lets you request information, book sessions and purchase specific services.

The content published here, including articles, the glossary, methodological frameworks and indices such as IMAN or RAO, is educational material. It does not constitute legal, tax, financial or regulatory advice, and it cannot replace the judgement of a professional applied to your specific case.

3. Conditions of use

Access to the site is free of charge, except for areas or services that require registration or payment. Users undertake to use the site diligently and not to use it for unlawful purposes, or in any way that could damage, overload or impair its operation or the reputation of NextAI.

These conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to European consumer and data protection rules that apply on a mandatory basis. The courts of Tallinn (Estonia) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law gives consumers the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
