Last updated: 30 August 2026
1. Site owner
This website (https://nextai.pro) and the NextAI brand belong to Cosmolabs OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia with registry code 17106582 and registered office at Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Estonia.
Contact email: hola@nextai.pro.
2. Services
NextAI provides professional services in assessment, design, deployment and support of enterprise artificial intelligence systems, as well as specific digital products such as the AI-native strategic audit.
The scope, deliverables, timelines and owners of each project are set out in the proposal or service order accepted by the client, which prevails over these general terms in the event of any discrepancy.
3. Prices and payments
Published prices are stated excluding indirect taxes unless otherwise indicated; applicable taxes are added at invoicing according to the rules of the client's country and the reverse charge rules where relevant.
Card payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically for the contracted period until they are cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and does not give rise to pro-rata refunds.
4. Delivery
Assessment and audit services are delivered electronically within the period stated in each offer, counted from receipt of payment and of the minimum information required from the client. Delays caused by missing information or access are not the responsibility of NextAI.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason, unless the digital service has been performed in full before that period ends with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery is complete.
To withdraw, it is enough to notify us at hola@nextai.pro. In business-to-business contracts (B2B) the right of withdrawal does not apply.
6. Client obligations
- Provide accurate information and the access needed to deliver the service.
- Hold the rights and legal bases over the data and systems connected to the project.
- Appoint a contact with decision-making authority and sign off deliverables within the agreed deadlines.
- Use the deliverables in accordance with the law, including European AI and data protection rules.
7. Intellectual property in the deliverables
Once the price has been paid in full, the client obtains a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables developed for them. NextAI retains ownership of its methodology, frameworks, reusable components and pre-existing or independently developed know-how, and may reuse them in other projects.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties undertake to keep confidential any non-public information received from the other, during the relationship and for the three years following its end, save where disclosure is required by law.
9. Liability
NextAI is liable for direct damages that are actually evidenced, up to an aggregate limit equal to the amounts invoiced in the twelve months preceding the triggering event. Indirect damages, loss of profit and loss of data or of opportunity are excluded.
Business outcomes depend on factors outside NextAI's control (data quality, internal adoption, market changes), so any estimates of improvement are indicative and not contractual.
10. Governing law and dispute resolution
Estonian law applies and, where relevant, mandatory European rules. The parties will try to resolve any disagreement in good faith before going to the courts of Tallinn (Estonia). Consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
