Enterprise AI consultant
You sit down with the management committee, understand how the company really works and decide what gets automated first. You do not sell: you diagnose.
- Lead digital audits and process mapping in companies of 50 to 500 employees.
- Translate real operations into agent architectures and corporate memory layers.
- Defend the RAO of each process in front of the board, month after month.
- Three years or more in process consulting, digital transformation or operations.
- Able to talk margins with a CFO and data schemas with an engineer.
- The judgement to say that a process is not worth automating yet.
AI agent engineer
You build the superagents that take charge of complete processes: memory, tools, authority limits and metrics of their own.
- Design and deploy agents with access to ERP, CRM, email and internal documentation.
- Build the retrieval layer and the knowledge graph of the Enterprise Brain.
- Instrument every agent so its autonomy is measurable and auditable.
- Command of Python or TypeScript and of at least one agent framework in production.
- Real experience with RAG, vector databases and integrations over third-party APIs.
- An obsession with traceability: if it cannot be explained, it does not ship.
Product designer for AI systems
We are opening an ongoing collaboration with designers able to shape interfaces where a person supervises an agent rather than filling in forms.
- Design the supervision and control interfaces of the superagents.
- Define how an agent's confidence, errors and authority limits are shown.
- Work side by side with engineering in short product cycles.
- A portfolio of complex digital products: dashboards, internal tools or SaaS.
- Fluency with design systems and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Availability per project, without exclusivity.
