How is a superagent different from a chatbot?

A chatbot answers. A copilot suggests. A superagent takes charge of a complete process: it remembers what happened, has tools to act on your systems, has authority limits and has KPIs of its own. The chatbot tells you how many invoices are outstanding; the superagent reconciles them.

How long until the first result shows?

Under two weeks from the first assessment to having an agent running. Full mapping of processes and data runs in parallel and closes in two or three weeks.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope, and we say so on the first call. As a market reference: a contained pilot runs between €3,000 and €15,000; several agents integrated with your systems, between €15,000 and €50,000; a complete ecosystem, above that. In Spain, the assessment phase can be funded through Kit Consulting, the public scheme that subsidises digital and AI advisory work for SMEs.

We already tried AI and it did not work. Why would it work now?

Because the failure is almost always the same: the AI did not know the company. Without corporate memory, a model answers specific problems with general knowledge. That is why we start with the brain and not with the tool.

Where does our data end up?

The architecture is designed before any code is written: which data leaves, which never leaves, who can reach what and what gets logged. We work with European hosting and with models that can be deployed on your own infrastructure when the data requires it.

Do we have to change our ERP or our CRM?

No. The brain is built on top of what you already have. If something needs replacing we will tell you, but it is not the starting point.
