Finding grant calls was only the beginning. Subvia had to match public sources against each company profile, explain every match, and coordinate users, permissions, customers, opportunities, applications, documents, deadlines, billing and multi-channel communications without turning the service into a collection of manual tasks.
We built Subvia as a Super app connected to a NextAI Cortex. Dozens of automations coordinate grant collection and normalisation, eligibility matching, user and access management, the customer, project and application lifecycle, documents, subscriptions and billing. Multiple agents and superagents research, prioritise, follow up and run communications across six channels: Telegram, email, WhatsApp, phone, LinkedIn and Instagram. Every decision retains its source, date and rationale, while sensitive verification escalates to a person.

The Cortex coordinates dozens of automations and multiple agents and superagents. It separates public data, automated matching, verification and human work, allowing follow-up and administration without presenting an inference as legal advice.

Method and scope
Automation is calculated over defined processes and a stable period. The more than 90,000 equivalent human hours recorded in three months retain task, volume, standard time and time window for auditability.
