Billing was manual for 26,660+ agreements, consumed 40 weekly hours, had a 7 % error rate and was non-compliant with FacturaE.
We built a batch engine in Deluge that processes 200+ invoices in parallel in under 3 minutes, with pre-billing validation and FacturaE-compliant generation, integrated CRM → Books → SEPA Direct Debits.

Reading the project
An invoice is the outcome of an agreement, rules and valid data. Accelerating generation without those foundations multiplies correction costs. The described engine links pre-validation, batch processing and the collection cycle.
Batch processing concentrates repetitive tasks, while agreement-level traceability helps reconstruct events. Retries and alerts are part of operating a process, not cosmetic extras. This is deterministic execution: the case does not document an AI reasoning layer.
Current relevance and possible evolution
This connects to Superagents as a transactional foundation for end-to-end delegation. An extension could classify incidents and prepare corrections without allowing AI to freely change amounts or tax details.

Method and scope
Separate batch speed, weekly operational hours and agreement count. Also measure rejections, retries and human review so issuance speed is not confused with autonomy.
