The Challenge

The starting point

Operations were managed manually across more than 10 channels (Shopify, Amazon, ETSY, B2B Web) with stock errors, duplicate orders, desynchronised billing and zero financial visibility.

The Solution

What we built

We built an ERP integration hub in Deluge with B2B/B2C logic that syncs +10 channels against Zoho Books and Inventory, with 6 automations (Stock Sync, External Warehouse, Forwarder, Tracking, Billing, Payments) and real-time BI dashboards.

Key features
  • Bidirectional stock sync between +10 channels and the ERP
  • External warehouse and forwarder management automated
  • Shipment tracking consolidated in a single panel
  • Automatic billing compliant with FacturaE
  • Multi-channel payment reconciliation
  • Real-time BI dashboards with ROAS per channel

Anatomy of the solution

One operation, not ten versions of stock

From input to outcome: explore the four parts of the journey.

Channels

Orders and stock changes from Shopify, Amazon, ETSY and B2B.

The thinking behind the technology

01 / Business

What really needed solving

The multichannel problem does not end at connecting APIs. An order changes inventory, logistics, billing and collection. When each channel interprets those changes separately, people have to reconstruct the same operation over and over. The described hub brings those dependencies together around Books and Inventory.

02 / Design

Why this structure matters

The key design decision is to put B2B/B2C logic in a shared layer rather than maintain different rules per channel. Six automations cover parts of the same operational journey, while dashboards expose the outcome. Integration, execution and visibility become one system rather than isolated projects.

Current relevance and possible evolution

An Enterprise Brain extension could add shared incident memory and agents that investigate exceptions, keeping transactional rules in the ERP. That reasoning layer must not be confused with the automations already described.

This connects the case experience to our current services. Proposed extensions are not presented as features already delivered.

Method and scope

How to read the outcome

What to measure

Compare manual reconciliation hours, stock discrepancies and orders requiring intervention over equivalent volumes and periods. Separate a specific campaign from normal operations.

What not to infer

Zero stock errors and an incident-free Black Friday are figures published in this case; without a measurement window and sample, they are not a permanent guarantee.

Basis of this analysis: the description, capabilities and stack published in this case. No new measurements are added and no independent audit of its results is implied.
